How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. You'll see an estimated timeframe at checkout and can also view delivery estimates in our shipping & returns policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery with Australia Post's parcel tracker.
Do you offer express shipping?

Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?

What if I received the wrong item or it is defective?
If you were sent the incorrect item or the product is defective, then contact us at info@theftclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and sent back with original tags and labels in its original packaging.
